BOATING ON INLAND WATERS
|
The purpose of the BOATING ACADEMY is to promote safe and responsible boating on inland waters by offering training and services to private boat owners. Our Skippers course for category R and category E is based on material from the South African Institute for Skippers (SAIS), conforms to the curriculum published by the South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA), and is presented by an instructor with many years experience in training and boating. Services are also available to provide boat owners on inland waters with the required safety equipment and Certificate of Fitness for their boat, as well as hands on coaching of how to launch, operate & maneuver their boat. |
